Growing up in Cleveland in the 50s & 60s (Padua ’65) I thoroughly enjoyed viewing all the pix!!
After years in the ‘broadcast biz’, I’m the COM Dept. Chair @Trine University in NE Indiana and my favorite class is Broadcast History
Perhaps this is why scrolling through your page brought back some wonderful memories when the ‘my media landscape’ consisted of WIXY 1260; CKLW and Channels 3, 5 and 8!!
THANKS again … mike mcnamara

The “anyone know who this is?” is Bill Baker, reporter at WEWS in the late 60′s, early 70′s. NOT the Morning Exchange DR. Bill Baker, this Bill Baker made a name for himself with his car tests. Was among the first people in Cleveland to SEE a Honda car, let alone drive one. I remember we were laughing so hard at the little thing in the parking lot a bunch of us tried to pick it up. It didn’t budge, but mostly because the bumper bent when we applied the muscle.
