Sadly, Don passed away several years ago.

I loved seeing this photo. Might it have been taken at the old WKBF instead?

You are correct in that Don had a similar show on WKBF but this shot was taken when he was working at WVIZ. At the timeWJW-TV, whom I worked for would have only allowed me to appear on public TV, not a commercial station like WKBF.
The appearance was triggered by the fact that we got a tip one day that Don had died. I checked out the story and found out it was not true and we did nothing with it. But Don found out that I had been calling his friends and neighbors to ask if he was still alive and so he invited me onto his WVIZ show to discuss the erroneous report and to have a bit of fun about the situation.
